- This is a Notice of Intent to Sole Source. This is not a Solicitation. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract for refuse collection services at the Plymouth Park Recreation Area in Washington. PThe lymouth Park Recreation Area is located at Lake Umatilla near Plymouth, Washington in Benton County, WA. Sanitary Disposal Inc (81180 N HWY 395, Hermiston, Oregon 97838-6420) is the only known company authorized to provide refuse services to this location. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
