- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. No solicitation will be issued. The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10 anticipates awarding sole source procurement to Olympus America Inc. for the procurement of a lease contract for Medical GI Endoscopes for periods 04/01/19 thru 03/31/22. The lease involves Standardization of Medical scopes and related equipment used in procedures to view organs from internal perspectives. The lease agreement includes the contractor to furnish all necessary and appropriate labor, supervision, packaging, materials, transportation, installation and supplies to provide full use and functionality of these Medical Scopes and related equipment within the VA Medical Center Cincinnati. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 8.405-6.
