- The Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA), on behalf of the Defense Travel Management Office (DTMO) is issuing this Sources Sought Notice. DTMO is conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in, and resources for, providing services in accordance with the draft Performance Work Statement (PWS). The Government requires contractor services to support DTMO's travel data repository database and infrastructure. The travel data repository enables the DTMO to manage and measure the performance of the Department of Defense (DoD) Travel Enterprise. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
