- Solicitation Number 36C78619Q0 This Pre-solicitation notice is issued for TIERED EVALUATION. The Department of Veteran Affairs, National Cemetery Administration, (NCA) is seeking qualified Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSBs), and Small Businesses (SBs) to provide: All labor, tools, materials, equipment, testing, permits, engineering design, and construction cap off old septic tank and connect sewer line at the Los Angeles National Cemetery located at 950 South Sepulveda Blvd, Los Angeles, CA. Awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management website at http://www.sam.gov and must also be registered and certified in www.vip.vetbiz.gov/ All quotes must be submitted through the Department of Veterans Affairs vendor portal website in order to be considered for award. Please go to VA eCMS Vendor Portal https://www.vendorportal.ecms.va.gov in order to register. Electronic solicitations will be available for download from http://www.fbo.gov/ on about March 14, 2019. Responses to the solicitation are due by March 29, 2019, 3:00 p.m. EST. No electronic or facsimile proposals will be accepted. Any amendments to the solicitation will also be available at the FebBizOpps URL address. Offerors are advised that they are responsible for downloading amendments. Magnitude of construction project is less than $25,000. Reference FAR 36.204 and VAAR 836.204.
