- USACE Sacramento District (SPK) intends to solicit multiple offers for Quality Assurance Testing for its area of responsibility (AOR). The quality assurance (QA) laboratory testing included in this solicitation will be available for all civil, military, and Veteran's Affair sites within SPK's AOR. SPK's AOR is divided into five regions: Utah Region, Nevada Region, Northern California Region, California Bay Area & Stockton-Modesto Region, and Central Coast & Southern Valley Region.
