Description
Commander, Navy Installations Command (CNIC) has the core responsibility to provide oversight of level of facility conditions, housing services, and customer services provided to Sailors and their families. The primary tools used is the Resident Satisfaction Surveys (RSS) and Home Finding Surveys. CNIC requires technical and project management support with the administration of the RSS and Housing Referral Surveys. Those surveyed include Unaccompanied, and Family, housing ™s residents. In addition, the awardee will identify needs for possible projects and backup requirements for funding and validate adequate services provided by the PPV partners as required by the Business agreement.
