- This is a pre-solicitation synopsis in accordance with FAR 5.201. This is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), nor is it construed as a commitment by the Government. This synopsis is prepared in accordance with guidance in FAR 5.207, and is prepared for the purpose of notifying potential offerors of an upcoming Firm Fixed Priced solicitation for supplies in support of the Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWCIHEODTD). The Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Explosive Ordnance Disposal Technology Division (NSWC IHEODTD) requires a contractor capable of producing the following on behalf of the United States Navy (USN): NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
