- The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), Vaccine Research Center (VRC), Flow Cytometry Core Facility (FCC) intends to negotiate on an other than full and open competition basis with Becton, Dickinson, and Company (BD), 2350 Qume Dr., San Jose, CA 95131 for emergency repair of BD flow cytometer system. This acquisition will be processed under FAR Part 12 - Acquisition for Commercial Items and will be made pursuant to the authority in FAR Part 13.501(a)(1). NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
