- The Bureau of Reclamation, Pacific Northwest Region, Snake River Field Office has a requirement for noxious weed and invasive plant control services for Federal non-park lands surrounding Black Canyon Reservoir and Montour Wildlife Management Area in Gem County Idaho. This contract will provide services for approximately 125 acres that need to be treated annually. The anticipated issue date for the Request for Quote, 140R1719Q0012, (written) is approximately the fourth week of March 2019. The anticipated award date is the first week of May 2019. Reclamation intends to award one fixed-price service contract for a base of one year with four one year options. Prospective vendors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to awarding any contract resulting from this solicitation. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 561370, Landscaping Services. The applicable Product Service Code is F105, Environmental Systems Protection Pesticide Support. The small business standard size is $7.5 million. These items will be purchased in accordance with FAR Part 12 and 13, simplified acquisition procedures apply. This requirement is a total small business set aside. All eligible responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The Government will evaluate quotes based on factors listed in the solicitation.
