140R6019Q0036 Nebraska-Kansas Area Office HVAC Replacement 1706 West 3rd St., McCook, NE 69001 Construction work is located at Nebraska-Kansas Area Office (NKAO). The NKAO is located at 1706 West 3rd St., McCook, NE 69001. Principle components of work include: 1) Removal of the three existing Reznor packaged duct furnace units, three evaporative coils, and three Carrier condenser units, and accessories. 2) Furnish and install three new 15-ton split type heat pumps with natural gas secondary heat, variable air volume, dampers, and individual office controls for 25 offices and 2 conference rooms, programmable thermostats, and connect new equipment to existing ductwork. 3) Provide a 2-year warranty covering parts, labor, and refrigerant. A `Request for Quote ¿ solicitation package is anticipated to be available for viewing through electronic commerce via https://www.fbo.gov on or about April 1, 2019. Interested contractors may also check Bureau of Reclamation's website at https://www.fedconnect.net. Quotes will be due on or about May 1, 2019 at the Bureau of Reclamation's Great Plains Regional Acquisition Office, 2021 4th Avenue North, Billings, Montana 59101. All responsible Small Business sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the Bureau of Reclamation. The estimated price range of this acquisition is between $100,000 and $250,000. The acquisition will be set-a-side for Small Business competition using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation, Part 13 ¿ Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 (Plumbing, Heating, and Air-Conditioning Contractors). A single pre-bid site visit will be held on or about April 3rd, 2019 at 10:00 am ¿ local time. Participants for the site visit will meet at the NKAO, located at 1706 West 3rd St., McCook, NE 69001. If you are planning on attending the site visit, please coordinate via email with Mr. Mark Rouse at mrouse@usbr.gov. The Government anticipates award of this procurement on or about June 3, 2019. The Contractor shall be required to complete the entire project within 170 calendar days from receipt of the `Notice to Proceed ¿, which will be issued on or about June 10, 2019. SAM: Effective July 29, 2012, any contractor interested in doing business with the Government must register in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award of a contract or agreement. SAM is a Federal Government owned and operated free website that consolidates the Central Contractor Registration (CCR), the online representations and certifications application (orca), and the Excluded Parties List System (EPLS). SAM requires the contractor ¿s Duns and Bradstreet number and banking information for registration. Contractors may obtain information on registration and annual confirmation requirements by accessing the SAM website at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/sam/ or by contacting the Federal Service Desk at 1(866)606-8220. Payment requests for the anticipated contract must be submitted electronically through the U.S. Department of the Treasury ¿s Internet Payment Platform (IPP) system. The IPP website is located at https://www.ipp.gov. The contractor must use the IPP website to register access and submit requests for payment. If the contractor is unable to comply with the requirements to use IPP for invoice submission, the contractor must submit a waiver request in writing to the Contracting Officer with its proposal or bid.
