- The Mission and Installation Contracting Command has a requirement to construct a concrete ammo storage building on Fort McCoy, WI. Solicitation W911SA19Q2007 will be issued as a Request for Quotes (RFQ) using the procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13. It is anticipated that this requirement will be awarded as a firm fixed priced contract. The anticipated period of performance is 90 days after the notice to proceed is issued. The Primary North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code for this procurement is 236220 with a size standard of $36.5 Million. This procurement is 100% HUBZONE Small Business Set Aside The Request for quotes will be available electronically at www.fbo.gov on or about 15 March 2019 and it anticipated award within 90 days after quotes are due. The magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. Site Visit Information will be posted in the RFQ. There will only be one site visit. The Site Visit will only be changed by Amendment to the Solicitation if that is necessary. Attendance at the Site Visit is not mandatory though highly encouraged. The main gate at Fort McCoy is under construction, please ensure you allow additional time for entering Fort McCoy, WI.
