- This requirement is for the repair of nine Howell Instruments Circuit Cards and Power Supplies. The Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) and repairer of these items will return repairable assets to serviceable condition in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. These items are installed in JETCAL® Analyzer's which test temperature indicating systems in aircraft turbine engines while still installed on the aircraft. The requirement is for a Basic + 4 option years. Under the envisioned contract, the vendor will repair the following NSNs: 5998010722441, 5998010877775, 5998012977684, 5998013009618, 599801300961, 5998013656058, 5998010722412, 6130015866003, 5998012761968 NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (14-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
