- ***THIS AMENDMENT IS ISSUED TO CORRECT THE NSN TO 5895-01-470-6709*** This -requirement is for support of the Generator, 60KW, TQG, Tactical Quiet Family; (17A)- NSN: 5895-01-470-4709 - Synchronizer, Electrical. The RFP will coverrequirements for an Indefinite Quantity Contract ( IQC) for a 1-year base period and four 1-year option periods. The solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted procurement using other than full and open competition. This is a 3B item; the approved source is: Govenors American Corporation, CAGE 0BXW5; P/N LSS100. Based on market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Item in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. Refer to clause provision 52.217-9002 for submission of Alternate offers. The Estimated Annual Demand Quantity (EAD) is as follows: Base and Option Year EAD quantity: 92 each, the total Max Contract Quantity is 460 each. The requested delivery is 56 Days ARO; Terms are FOB: Origin - Inspection /Acceptance: Destination. Surge requirements apply for an AMWR quantity of 27 each. DLA Direct requirements only. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation issue date is on or about March 15, 2019.
