- As previously advised, under synopsis/posting for W15QKN-19-R-0013, the U.S. Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ), Picatinny Arsenal, NJ 07806-5000, on behalf of the Office of the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems, is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) for the manufacture, Load, Assemble, and Pack (LAP), and final delivery of the 155MM M231 and M232 Type Modular Artillery Charge System (MACS) propelling charges. The Government intends to award up to two Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) production type contract(s) with five (5) one-year ordering periods.
