- **Due to technical difficulties with our contracting writing system, the response time has been extended and will now be due 15 Nov 2018 at 2:00pm EST. Q&A #2 has been attached with supporting documentation. The official solicitation amendment will come at a later time. **This solicitation has been modified. Responses will be due on 13 Nov 2018 at 3:00PM Eastern Standard Time. **This requirement was previously listed under presolicitation # FA4418-18-R-0013. Due to the new fiscal year, a new presolicitation was required to post the actual solicitation. The 628th Contracting Squadron at Joint Base Charleston, SC is seeking capabilities packages of potential sources to install and lease a 21,238 sq ft modular building on Joint Base Charleston, Air Base North Charleston, South Carolina.
