- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W53W9L-19-T-0001 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 321920 with a small business size standard of 500.00 employees. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-03-13 14:30:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be Crane, IN 47522 The ACC RI IS - Crane Army Ammo Activity requires the following items, Purchase Description Determined by Line Item, to the following: LI 001: 24" X 48" Wood Pallet in accordance with (IAW) Crane Army Drawing #8663; Drawing (Specifics)are attached. A certificate of conformance (COC), shall be provided indicating that all vendor requirements have been met. An incomplete CoC shall delay acceptance until vendor provides correction. The FAR Clause 52.209-4, First Article Approval Government Testing (Sep99) is incorporated herein. The subject clause provides for receipt of First Article of (5) pallets within (10) calendar days of award. Therefore, prior to production delivery, vendor shall provide a First Article Sample of (5)Pallets, to include CoC for inspection prior to acceptance. Government shall provide acceptance or rejection notification back to vendor within (7) days. Each shipment (below) will have (1) pallet taken from each shipment to be inspected 100% IAW the Drawing Specs. Failure in any (1) area maybe considered a lot rejection, and returned to be re-performed IAW FAR Clause above. Production shipments to commence in accordance with following schedule: SHIPMENT 1- Delivery Date- April 1, 2019- Quantity- 800ea. SHIPMENT 2- Delivery Date- May 1, 2019- Quantity-800ea. SHIPMENT 3- Delivery Date- June 1, 2019- Quantity-800ea. SHIPMENT 4- Delivery Date- July 1, 2019- Quantity-300ea.. NOTE: Vendor shall not be required to provide any special treatment to the pallet such as chemical or heat treatment..
