- AMENDMENT NOTICE: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number is W91151-19-Q-JA02 and is issued as an invitation for bids (IFB), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-101. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 532490 with a small business size standard of $32.50M. This requirement is a [ Small Business ] set-aside and only qualified offerors may submit bids. The solicitation pricing on www.FedBid.com will start on the date this solicitation is posted and will end on 2019-03-08 13:30:00.0 Eastern Time or as otherwise displayed at www.FedBid.com. FOB Destination shall be Fort Irwin, CA 92310 The MICC Fort Hood requires the following items, Meet or Exceed, to the following: LI 001: Rent FIVE 20-Feet-Reefer-trucks as described in the PWS and attachment 001 ___ Salient characteristics: 20-Ft Reefer Truck for use of maintaining perishable items at different temperatures. The refrigerated compartment shall be 20-feet X 8-feet, shall have a generator for refrigeration that runs on ULSD, and maintain temperature 24 hours 7 days a week during the required period of performance. The refrigerated truck shall have automatic transmission, rear loading ramp, current maintenance services and checks, and reliable in the Fort Irwin, CA and NTC Remote Training Areas. Period of performance 25 March 2019 to 27 April 2019.
