- This position is located in the USAID Office of the Chief Financial Officer, Bureau for Management (M/CFO/ICFO). The incumbent of this position serves as the Phoenix Project Manager for the Agency's financial accounting system (Phoenix), and works under the general supervision of the Deputy Chief Financial Officer for Washington Operations. The incumbent plays a critical role in managing and maintaining, as well as developing and deploying, the Agency's corporate financial management system within USAID headquarters and field missions, including integration with GLAAS and other Agency systems, as well as managing and developing financial reports and data and a multi-million dollar IT investment and operating budget.
