- This is a DLA Troop Support Europe & Africa notice of soliciation to establish a blanked purcahse agreement for bottled water to be delivery to US Forces in Croatia, Hungary, Macedonia, Slovenia, Slovak Republic, Greece, Moldova. Please see the attached documentation for futher details. This same requirements is also posted on DIBBS. **Take Note** The Response Time listed above (10:00AM Eastern) is equivalent to 4:00PM Central European Time. The time listed in the RFQ, "4:00PM Local Time" refers to 4:00PM Central European Time - NOT 4:00PM Eastern.
