- Solicitation W911SA-19-Q-3059 will be issued on or about 6- March-2019 and can be accessed at www.fbo.gov. This requirement is for Grounds Maintenance Services at USARC Facility KS019 located at 715 Griffith Street, Manhattan, KS 66502. The performance period is 1-April-2019 (or subsequent date) to 31-March -2020 with four (4) one year option periods. A Site Visit is scheduled at the facility (715 Griffith Street, Manhattan, KS 66502) on 14 March 2019 at 10:00 am Central. Telephone, written or electronic request for hard copies of the solicitation documentation will be discouraged. Vendors interested in this solicitation should access www.fbo.gov for issuance of the solicitation, associated documents and solicitation amendments. Vendors will not be directly notified of solicitation amendments.
