- Description
- The United States Coast Guard (USCG) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) sole source contract for the acquisition of two (2) AFT Boat Handling Systems in support of the National Security Cutter (NSC) Program. The requirement for an Aft Boat Handling System comprises three (3) folding boom cranes with a lifting capacity of 15,400-lbs up to Sea State Level 5. The system is designed to operate two (2) cranes in tandem to lift the USCG Long Range Interceptor-II (LRI-II) weighing in excess of 19,000-lbs.
