- Description
- The US Fish and Wildlife Service (FWS), National Conservation Training Center (NCTC) in Shepherdstown, WV intends to award a purchase order to VBrick for a cloud based video platform for online video in the cloud hosting to include, 10,000 on-line video access hours per year, anonymous and authenticated access to Live Webcasts, On-Demand video, and SIP recording functionality. The video platform will capture, manage, and distribute videos and must have a minimum of 4TB allocated in the cloud storage for all videos, and adherence to FedRAMP authorization standards. The requirement is for a base year and three (3) option years. The period of performance for the proposed contract is 04/19/2019 through 04/18/2023. The proposed contract is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received within fifteen days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses with this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This notice ends on 3/21/2019 @ 3:00pm EST.
