- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT: The Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC), Nuclear Treaty Monitoring (TT) Directorate, Patrick Air Force Base, Florida, Contracting Office AMIC DET 2 OL/PKA (Patrick AFB FL) intends to solicit and negotiate with one source, Simba Enterprises, LLC. The statutory authority for this acquisition is 10 U.S.C 2304(c)(5)as implemented by FAR 6.302-5. In accordance with FAR 6.302-5(b)(5), sole source awards under the HUBZone act of 1997. The scope of this service requirement is to provide Operation and Maintenance (O&M) support to the seismic station(s) for near real-time acquisition and forwarding of data using established transmission and archiving formats. The seismic stations are located near tectonic plate boundaries in the Southwest Asia region. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541330 with a size standard of $15.0M.
