- The subject notice: 36C10G19Q0060 hereby replaces RFI: 36C10G19Q0059 posted on March 5, 2019. Industry Day will be held for CCN Region 5 for Alaska ONLY. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Strategic Acquisition Center (SAC) is issuing this Sources Sought (SS)/Special Notice in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e), as a means of conducting market research to identify qualified contractors with the capability and the resources to meet the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Office of Community Care (OCC) requirement for Community Care Network (CCN) services and healthcare resources.
