- This is a SOURCES SOUGHT market research survey announcement for information only, to be used for preliminary planning purposes. No quotes are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) - Humphreys Engineer Center Support Activity (HECSA) has been tasked to solicit for and award a contract for the calibration of electrical equipment for the 249th Engineer Battalion. A draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) describing the services required has been attached. The proposed contract is expected to be firm fixed price procured below the simplified acquisition threshold. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (06-MAR-2019); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
