- Page 2 of 2 SOURCES SOUGHT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 6 Network Contracting Office (NCO) is conducting Market Research through this sources sought notice to help determine the availability of qualified Small Businesses (SB) registered under NAICS code 334220, AXIS INDOOR AND OUTDOOR PTZ CAMERA for the Salisbury VAMC. The items shall consist of the following: P5635-E AXIS INDOOR AND OUTDOOR PTZ CAMERA Must Be Authorized Distributor Conduit work, seal tight, boxes connectors Must Be Authorized Distributor T91A61 Corner Bracket. Requires AXIS T91A61 Wall Bracket Must Be Authorized Distributor T91L61 Wall-and-Pole Mount for Axis PTZ and multi-sensor Must Be Authorized Distributor P55-s Pendant kit for the AXIS Q60-series and AXIS P55-s Must Be Authorized Distributor T8133 30W MIDSPAN Single port midspan Must Be Authorized Distributor P3225-LV Day/night fixed dome with support for WDR Must Be Authorized Distributor M5065 Ceiling-mount mini PTZ dome camera with 5x Optical Must Be Authorized Distributor GSC-OM-E-1C camera connection Must Be Authorized Distributor Installation required Must Be Authorized Distributor If the contractor can provide the above-mentioned units, or an equal product, the contractor SHALL submit product information for evaluation. If the contractor can provide the above items, the contractor SHALL provide a letter from the manufacturer stating they are an authorized distributor/licenser of their products. Failure to submit an authorized distributor letter shall result in the product(s) potentially offered to be considered grey market and shall not be considered technically acceptable. The capability statements received from this market research are for planning purposes only and will assist the Government in planning its acquisition strategy. This is strictly market research and the Government will not entertain questions concerning this market research. The Government will not assume any costs incurred by the contractor in the preparation of responses.
