- MILNER ADA ACCESSIBLE TRAIL: The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a single, firm fixed-price contract to construct an ADA accessible trail; and associated site development and improvements at the Milner Historic Recreational Area. Project location: BLM Milner Historic Recreational Area, along Snake River in Cassia County, Burley, Idaho. Project price range is between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation is Set-Aside for Small Business. A full solicitation package will be released to the public on or about March 18, 2019 and vendors interested in this requirement should register their interest at www.FedConnect.net in order to receive information and updates regarding this requirement. This is a total small business set aside under NAICS code 237990 with a small business size standard of $36.5 Million. All questions regarding this requirement shall be directed to Patricia A.
