- Red River Army Depot (RRAD), Located in Texarkana, TX, requires a large quantity of forged and machined aluminum M1 Abrams Tank road wheel "blanks" (cores). RRAD paints and adheres rubber to these cores to create finished M1 Abrams Tank road wheel assemblies. Interested offerors should review the Solication Package in its entirety, and request access to the drawings and quality assurance package for this item. This requirement is 100% set aside for offerors classified as small businesses under NAICS 332112, Nonferrous Forgings. Offers will only be accepted via the FedBizOpps Bid Submission Interface. E-mailed or faxed offers will not be accepted.
