- Page 1 of 1 The VAMC Fayetteville VAMC, 2300 Ramsey Street, Fayetteville NC 28301 intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for the purchase of SimulationiQ portable and SimulationiQ Mobile V. This requirement is intended for award to: Partners In Energy Advisors LLC, under the authority of VAAR 819.7007. The North American Industry Classification System that will be used for this acquisition is 334310. Small business size standard: 750 employees. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 5 business days of publication (on/before January16, 2019 at 4:00PM). A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
