- In accordance with "Add & Delete" Clause DLAD 53.216-9006, Subject Solicitation consist of additional 15 NSNs (3 nd Round) of various Competitive Spring Items which consist of 5360 FSCs. The only eligible vendors authorized to submit an offer(s) are contract holders associated with Subject Solicitation (which closed October 10, 2014) will be evaluated. Terms and Conditions are the same as stated in the initial Request of Proposal Number SPE5EN-14-R-0003. All pricing and delivery must be submitted by COB January 28, 2019.
