All responsible open market sources may submit a quotation, which if timely received, shall be considered by this agency. Solicitation package 36C77019Q0234 shall be posted on Fedbizopps on or about January 10, 2019, and will close on January 14, 2019 (9 AM CST) these dates are subject to change.
