- Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is soliciting for a quantity of 220 non-commercial Low Cost Conformal Array (LCCA) cable assemblies in accordance with drawing 8323116-01_C and all associated drawings and specifications. Requested delivery is 60 days after contract award. The resulting contract is anticipated to be Firm Fixed Price (FFP). Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 334417, with a size standard of 1000 employees. The solicitation, N0025319R0010, is anticipated to be issued on or about 28 January 2019 as an unrestricted, non-commercial requirement under FAR Part 15. No bidders list will be maintained by this office. Failure to respond to the solicitation and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of offers may render the offeror non-responsive and result in rejection of same. Offerors are required to provide FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Applicable drawings are restricted by the Arms Export Control Act and are ONLY available to the offeror's appointed data custodian that is registered under the Joint Certification Program (JCP).
