- 36C24519Q0006: The intent of these specifications, terms, and conditions, is to describe the service and responsibility of the Housekeeping Department of the Veterans Affairs Facility at the Clarksburg VA Medical Center located 1 Medical Center Drive, Clarksburg, WV 26301. This procurement is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. Work includes but not limited to: The contractor shall provide Solid waste & recycling container rental, disposal & hauling listed within the solicitation. The firm must be approved under NAICS: 562111. Prospective contractors must be registered and current in the following websites: https://www.vip.vetbiz.gov and www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM to be eligible for award. Only SDVOSB Firms currently verified in the Veterans Information Pages (VIP) at www.vetbiz.gov are eligible to submit bids/offers. SD VOSB firms that submit bid/offers for SDVOSB set-asides that are not listed on VIP will be deemed nonresponsive. Solicitation documents will be available on or about 10 January 2019. No telephone inquiries will be answered. Prospective contractors are responsible for downloading attachments, and any issued amendments from www.fbo.gov. Offers will be accepted till 17 January 2019, at 1:00 pm EST. Email craig.armagost@va.gov with proposals. This procurement is subject to availability of funds.
