- The purpose of this notice is to provide notice to industry that Regional Contracting Office, Osan intends to award a multi-award BPA in order to provide maintenance and repair of aircraft parts under the Air Force Repair Enhancement Program (AFREP). Service supports Air Force units at Osan AB and Kunsan AB, ROK.
