- PWS CDRLs QASP W911SR-19-T-CLAV (Amended) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number W911SR-19-T-CLAV is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-99. There is a small business set-aside for this acquisition. The associated North America Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 811219 (Other Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance). The Government contemplates the single award of a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Contract for Autoclave Services for the United States Army, Edgewood Chemical Biological Center, Biological Testing Division (ECBC-BTD) at Dugway Proving Ground, Utah, in accordance with (IAW) the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS), Contract Data Requirements List (CDRL), and Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP). Full solicitation is attached. This solicitation is in accordance with (IAW) FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Brief Description of Required Services (Please refer to the attached PWS for detailed description services required): 1. Quarterly preventative maintenance (PM) on 20 autoclaves to ensure peak performance. 2. Quarterly calibration and certification on 20 autoclaves. 3. Unlimited service calls, with response time no later than 24 hours from service request. 4. Monthly biological validations on 20 autoclaves. 5. Digital data tracking system modifications to be done on 20 autoclaves. 6. One rebuild of Steris model autoclave. The period of performance for this contract will be nine (9) months. A payment schedule will be determined upon contract award PRICING TABLE In order to be considered for award, offerors shall complete the table of line items (CLINs for Services and Prices) in its entirety. Altered formats are acceptable as long as all pricing and relevant information requested is included in the quote. Vendors who are not registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at the time of quote submission will not be considered. Quotes must be submitted no later than 12 p.m. EST on November 16, 2018. The Government reserves the right to cancel the referenced solicitation if deemed to be in its best interest.
