- The RFP for this action was posted 7 November 2018 under RFP # N0016719R0002. NOTE - the Presolicitaiton notice is provided under the new RFP # N0016719R0002. A preproposal conference is anticipated to occur in mid-November 2018. The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) Naval Surface Warfare Center, Carderock Division, (NSWCCD) has a follow-on requirement to provide scientific, engineering, and technical services required for the design, development, fabrication, integration, test, fleet implementation, and maintenance of Synthetic Signature Generation (SSG) based simulation systems. The work is currently being performed under Contract N00167-15-D-0003 by Leidos, Inc. at 11951 Freedom Drive, Reston, VA 20190-5640. ALL interested vendors capable of performing these services are cordially invited to attend a pre-solicitation conference to be held on Wednesday, 30 August 2017 at 09:00 am (EST). This event will be held at the NSWCCD, 9500 MacArthur Boulevard, West Bethesda, Maryland 20817-5700. Interested vendors are directed to send an RSVP no later than Wednesday, 23 August 2017 at 09:00 am (EST) to Mr. John G. Mulcahy at john.g.mulcahy@navy.mil.
