- FESS-289168-CRS RFP PACKAGE The scope of work consists of all labor, equipment, transportation, overhead, bonding costs, safety oversight, quality control oversight and supervision as required to procure and install the MI20 & MI60 Service Buildings Roofing Replacement. RFP # FESS-289168-CRS has been designated as a small business set-aside project. An award will be made to a Small Business only. Large Businesses are encouraged to engage in a teaming arrangement with small businesses to participate. Proposals received after the due date and time shall be deemed non-responsive and disqualified from award consideration. Site Walkthrough is scheduled for 11/15/2018 from 1:00-2:30 PM CST. Meeting will begin at Fermilab-Wilson Hall - 1st Floor Atrium Lobby. PPE will be required for walkthrough (hard hat, steel toes).
