- SOLICITATION 140P6219Q0001: TACTILE 3D MAPS OF FIRST FORT SMITH AND SECOND FORT SMITH, Fort Smith National Historic Site, Fort Smith, AR This solicitation is a Request for Quotation to solicit quotes for the development and fabrication of two (2) tactile three-dimensional (3D) maps; one of the First Fort Smith, and one of the Second Fort Smith, for Fort Smith National Historic Site in Fort Smith, AR. SUMMARY: Contractor is to provide all labor, supervision, materials, tools, equipment, supplies, facilities and transportation necessary to provide the end-products described in the solicitation in accordance with the specifications in Attachment 1. TYPE OF CONTRACT: This will be a single firm-fixed price supply contract and is expected to be awarded in the mid-December 2018 timeframe. Award will be made to only one successful quoter. DELIVERY DATE: There are a number of deliverable dates stated in the Deliverables Schedule of Attachment 1 that must be met; however, the final deliverable date is no later than July 15, 2019. NAICS CODE: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code assigned to this solicitation / procurement is 339999. SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 500 employees SET ASIDE: This is a Total Small Business set-aside opportunity. SITE VISIT: No site visit is scheduled. QUESTIONS: Questions regarding this solicitation or specifications are to be submitted no later Monday, November 19, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. central time to Kathryn Logsdon, Contracting Officer at e-mail kathryn_logsdon@nps.gov, or by phone at (217) 391-3225. CLOSING DATE: The closing date for submission of all quotations is Friday, November 30, 2018 at 3:00 p.m. central time. Failure to submit your quotation package so that it is received by that date and time may result in the quotation not being considered. QUOTATIONS ARE TO BE SUBMITTED BY E-MAIL TO: kathryn_logsdon@nps.gov EVALUATION FOR AWARD: Simplified Acquisition evaluation procedures pursuant to FAR Part 13, Subpart 13.106-2 will be applied in the evaluation of quotations received. Award will be made to the responsible Quoter whose quote conforms to the solicitation requirements and is determined to be the "Best Value" to the Government when applying the trade-off methodology of evaluations for selection. Price, technical capability, and past performance will be evaluated. The non-price factors; that is; technical capability and past performance, when combined, are significantly more important than price. REGISTRATION: All quoters are to have a Unique Entity Identifier* (UEI) number, be registered and active in the System for Award Management (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov, have completed their Representations and Certifications (Reps & Certs) and be represented as a small business under the NAICS Code of 339999, in order to be awarded a contract; therefore, if you are not already registered and active in SAM, or have not completed your Representations and Certifications at https://www.sam.gov, it is strongly advised that you do so at this time.
