- This is a Sources Sought notice. This is NOT a solicitation for proposals, proposal abstracts, or quotations. The purpose of this notice is to obtain information regarding the availability and capability of all qualified sources to perform a potential requirement. This notice is in support of Market Research efforts to identify potential sources. The Program Support Center (PSC), of the Department of Health and Human Services (DHHS), on behalf of Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency is requesting information regarding Commercial Facility Maintenance Services. The proposed North American Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561210, which has a corresponding Size Standard of $38,500,000.00. The government is interested in only Small Disadvantage Businesses 8(a). The government requests that interested parties respond to this notice if applicable and identify your small business status to the identified NAICS code. Services will be performed at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. The contractor shall be capable of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment to perform Facility Maintenance Services to include Janitorial, preventative maintenance, and grounds maintenance services. The government requests that interested parties responding to this notice include a capabilities overview of your abilities to perform Facility Maintenance Services. The overview should include: -Company Name and address -Cage Code -DUNS Number -Company business size by NAICS code -Point of Contact for questions or clarification -Telephone number, fax number, and email address
