- MODIFICATION 1 Level of Magnitude between $25,000.00 to $100,000.00 ___________________________________________________________ This is a Pre-solicitation notice to remove existing access floor panels and replace with new panels located at the National Weather Service Forecast Office 5655 Hollywood Ave Shreveport, LA 71109-7750. This is a request for quote using FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This procurement is a total small business set-aside. The associated NAICS code is 238330. The small business size standard is $15.0M. Performance period shall be completed no later than 30 days from Notice to Proceed. In order to receive an award the offeror shall complete the annual representations and certifications electronically in System for Award Management at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. The RFQ will be made available only on the Federal Business Opportunities website http://www.fbo.gov and is scheduled for issuance on November 6, 2018 and quotes are due by November 29, 2018 no later than 4:00 pm MST. No paper copies will be issued. Additionally, the Government will not reimburse any interested parties for monies spent to respond to this solicitation notice.
