- THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR QUOTE/PROPOSAL - Pursuant to FAR 5.203(a), Washington Headquarters Services, Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD), on behalf of Joint Service Provider (JSP) intends to award a hybrid bridge contract on a sole source basis to Digital Management Inc. (DMI), 6550 Rock Spring Dr. FLR 7, Bethesda, MD 20617-1124. The current contract number HQ0034-18-C-0068 ends on December 29, 2018. The period of performance is for one three-month base period and two one-month option periods totaling five months. The anticipated period of performance will be for December 30, 2018 to May 29, 2019. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(iii), "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements." The contract is intended to meet JSP's requirement for continued Information Technology (IT) Support for the Defense Legal Services Agency (DLSA). Currently, these services are going through a competitive acquisition under solicitation number HQ0034-18-R-0044 with an anticipated award in fiscal year 2019. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541513 - Computer Facilities Management Services, with a size standard of $27.5 million. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged.
