Description

Solicitation W911XK19T0004 Cranebarge Rental ************************************************************* ***** SOLICITATION PERIOD IS OPEN, NOVEMBER 7, 2018 ***** ************************************************************* The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is seeking price quotations for a supply contract through which the Corps will rent a fully equipped crane barge for use at the Corps facility in Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan for the period from mid-December 2018 through April 2019. This solicitation will result in the award of one firm-fixed-price contract. A complete description of the equipment, requirements, and instructions for submitting price quotations are included in the attached Solicitation document. This procurement is 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 532411, Commercial Air, Rail, and Water Transportation and Equipment Renting and Leasing" for which the small business size standard is $32.5 million in average annual receipts. Responding companies must be registered with this NAICS code in the Government's System for Award Management (SAM) by the solicitation response date in order to be considered for award of any contract. Price quotations are to be submitted via email to the address indicated in the INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS section of the Solicitation document. Submittal to any other email address may result in the response being deemed noncompliant with the requirements of the Solicitation. Questions should be submitted through the Government's online Bidder Inquiry System at www.projnet.org.
