- Drawing Solicitation This Request for quote pertains to the successful contractor to furnish and provide the purchase of eighty-one (81) Each Vertical Barrier Screen (VBS) mesh panels, Brand-Name SEFAR Corporation PETEX 07-3400/60, or Equivalent. For the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Walla Walla, Washington. For use at McNary Lock and Dam, Umatilla, Oregon. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this project is 326199 and the associated small business size standard is 750 employees. This is a Firm Fixed Price requirement. The solicitation will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside in accordance with the Technical Specifications. This synopsis is not a request for quotes or proposals. This is a pre-solicitation notice that a solicitation has been scheduled to be released via FedBizOpps (www.fbo.gov) soon detailing requirements for Air Compressors. This information is for planning purposes only and is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government, implied or otherwise, to issue a solicitation or award a contract. Conducting business with the Government: In order for contractors to conduct business with the Department of Defense, the Contractor must provide registration information to the System for Award Management (SAM).
