- Deliverables-Draft SOW-Draft This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice to notify small businesses of an upcoming Solicitation that will be set aside for small businesses. Through the Head Start Information and Communication Center (HSICC), the Office of Head Start (OHS) provides policy, guidance and technical assistance information to Head Start programs, prospective parents, and the general public. This requirement is for a communications center for the Office of Head Start, to include the management and enhancement of the Early Childhood Learning and Knowledge Center (ECLKC) website and OHS domains of the ACF website; resource sharing and promotion; management of the OHS contact center; and a news watch service. (See Attached SOW-DRAFT and Deliverables-DRAFT) The Anticipated Period of Performance is a base year of 12 months with four 12-month option periods as follows: Base year: February 28, 2019 to February 27, 2020 Option year 1: February 28, 2020 to February 27, 2021 Option year 2: February 28, 2021 to February 27, 2022 Option year 3: February 28, 2022 to February 27, 2023 Option year 4: February 28, 2023 to February 27, 2024 Product Service Code: D309 - Automatic Data Processing Information and Data Broadcasting or Distribution Services Contracting Office and Address: HHS/PSC/AMS 7700 Wisconsin Ave., Mail Stop 10230B Bethesda, MD 20857
