- This agency proposed to issue a solicitation for a long- term contract, which will include multiple NSNs from the FSC 4235. 5 NSNs are targeted for this contract effort and are listed below along with the estimated annual quantity for each NSN. 1. 4235-01-423-0711 - 324 BX 2. 4235-01-423-1463 - 1290 BX 3. 4235-01-423-1465 - 106 BX 4. 4235-01-423-1466 - 807 BX 5. 4235-01-423-1467 - 1460 BX The solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-Aside. The proposed contract will be a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order iaw FAR 13.5 with a 1-year base period and four, 1-year option periods. Clause 252.225-7021, Trade Agreements applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation SPE4A618RXB92 was preivously issued under FAR Part 13. The solcitation was amended to revise the order limiatation and corresponding clauses. Responses received should include the original RFQ and Amendment 0001. A copy of each will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
