- This office intends to solicit offers for SABER (Simplified Acquisition of Base Engineer Requirements) execution of multi trade real property maintenance and repair of military facilities at Joint Base San Antonio, Texas. Delivery Orders will be issued under the general contract to include a broad range of work in a variety of trades, including but not limited to site work, roadway construction and repair, drainage, utilities, electrical (interior and exterior distribution), construction of building facilities, renovation of existing building facilities, structural repairs, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, controls painting, asbestos and lead based paint abatement, demolition, and installation or removal of large equipment such as boilers, chillers, etc. Estimated contract ceiling amount is $50M. Up to 8 contracts will be awarded. Duration of each contract will be 5 years. Construction requirements will be defined in individual delivery orders issued under the IDIQ contract. Requirements will be competed amongst the multiple awardees on a fair opportunity basis as established in each task order thereunder. Interested vendors should add themselves to the interested vendors list.
