Description

This is the synopsis of the Repair Ordering Agreement (BOA) N00104-19-G-BD01 to be placed with Raytheon (Cage 7Y193) and serves as the pre-solicitation notice for all repair orders issued by NAVSUP from the period of 12/1/2018 through 12/1/2023 for the evaluation and repair of various items manufactured by Raytheon. The list of National Item Identification Numbers (NIINs) are attached. Individual orders may be issued for any sole source item of repair under these Navy Weapons Systems. Orders issued under the BOA will site the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) because the government does not possess the data to procure competitively.
