sow THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY, 22019-SS04, and a SOLICITATION IS NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE. This notice is for information and planning purposes only and shall not be construed as a solicitation or an obligation on the part of the Government. This request for capability information does not constitute a request for quotes. Submission of any information in response to this market survey is purely voluntary. The government assumes no financial responsibility for any costs incurred associated to this request for capability information. USDA, NLAE, is seeking a contractor to provide water softener maintenance per the attached SOW. The NAICS code is 333318, with a small business size of 1000 emp. Submission Instructions: Interested Businesses, with active SAM records (www.sam.gov), who consider themselves qualified to provide the listed service(s) are invited to submit a response to this Sources Sought notice by 9:00 AM (Central Time) October 17th, 2018.
