- F-16 ALR-69A Control Unit Device Wiring Harness This SSS is a resubmittal for FA8232-17-R-3028 and is for Market Research purposes. This SSS is issued solely for information and planning purposes - it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. This SSS does not commit the U.S. Government to contract for any supply or service whatsoever. This is a sources sought only, which, as part of market research, is being issued in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 15.201(e). •1.0 Please include one (1) complete hard copy of the response, no longer than 25 pages each. In addition, please send one copy by e-mail (no more than 7MB) no later than 6:00 pm MST on November 13, 2018 to the Contracting Officer, Mrs. Sarah Cole sarah.cole.7@us.af.mil and Contract Negotiator, Mr. Tim Howard at timothy.howard.27@us.af.mil.
