- Attachment 0004 - Site Map Caboose Location Attachment 03 - Wage Determination Report Attachment 0002 - Caboose Photos Attachment 0001 - Lead Paint Analysis Report Solicitation W912GY-18-R-0029 The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Warren (ACC-WRN) has a requirement for lead paint-abatement and repainting (non-lead based paint) of a caboose rail car at Sierra Army Depot (SIAD). This solicitation is issued as a Total Small Business Set-aside and will result in a Firm-Fixed-Price contract. Contract award will be based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable. There is a Site Visit for this requirement. See solicitation for details. Caution: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is in fact unable to maintain a bidder's mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the website in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal nonresponsive and result in rejection of same. Questions pertaining to this solicitation shall be directed IN WRITING - NO PHONE CALLS WILL BE ACCEPTED to the Contract Specialist identified on the cover page of this solicitation. Questions will be answered using a Question and Answer (Q&A) form that will be posted on FBO before solication closing. Questions must be received NLT 30 October 2018.
